BBQ Pork in Original BBQ Sauce
Just perfecting my sauce wasn’t enough for me. The meat has to be perfect, too. That’s why I slow-cook my pork in my own smokehouses. Your taste buds will thank me later.

before the recommended date.

Tub Preparation:
Tub products can be heated
in the microwave directly in the tub or transferred to a pan and
heated on the stovetop. We
do not recommend the consumer re-use the microwave container. It
is designed for single use, not for repeated uses.

Barbeque Pork Burritos |

can (16 oz. size) refried beans (1 cup) |
| 4 |
flour tortillas (10 inches in diameter) |
| 1 |
cup LLOYD'S® BBQ Pork in Original BBQ Sauce |
| 1 |
cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.) |
| 1 |
cup CHI-CHI'S® Salsa (any variety) |

Sour cream, sliced ripe olives and additional
salsa, if desired |
Place about 1/4 cup beans in center of each tortilla. Top each
with 1/4 cup pork and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold 1 end of each tortilla
up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded
end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange burritos seam
sides down in 11x7-inch microwavable dish; top each burrito with
1/4 cup salsa. Cover loosely. Microwave on High 5 minutes, rotating
dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients;
serve immediately. 4 servings.
