Preparation:

  1. Remove outer sleeve and place vacuum-sealed tray in the microwave. DO NOT pierce or vent film.
  2. Heat on HIGH for 2 minutes or until hot. Self-venting film expands as it heats, forming a bubble to lock in flavor and juiciness.
  3. Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Carefully peel back film, as contents will be hot.
  4. Using two forks, pull meat apart. Serve with your favorite barbeque sauce and enjoy.
