Sour cream, sliced ripe olives and additional
salsa, if desired |
Place about 1/4 cup beans in center of each tortilla. Top each
with 1/4 cup pork and 1/4 cup cheese. Fold 1 end of each tortilla
up about 1 inch over filling; fold right and left sides over folded
end, overlapping. Fold remaining end down. Arrange burritos seam
sides down in 11x7-inch microwavable dish; top each burrito with
1/4 cup salsa. Cover loosely. Microwave on High 5 minutes, rotating
dish 1/4 turn after 3 minutes. Top with remaining ingredients;
serve immediately. 4 servings.
